Refund Eligibility

The final approved refund amount will depend on the project status, completed work, and costs already incurred.
Cancellation Before Work Starts
If a client requests cancellation before any work has started, Zendip may approve a full or partial refund, depending on payment processing fees, transaction fees, administrative costs, and any third-party charges already incurred.
Cancellation After Work Starts
If work has already started, the payment may be partially or fully non-refundable based on the amount of work completed.
Zendip may provide completed work files, progress deliverables, or project materials where applicable.
Completed Projects
Once a project is completed, delivered, approved, uploaded, transferred, launched, or made accessible to the client, the payment is generally non-refundable.
Clients are encouraged to review all work carefully during the revision and approval process.
Revisions Instead of Refund
If the delivered work does not match the agreed project scope, Zendip may provide revisions or corrections according to the selected package, invoice, quotation, or project agreement.
Refunds will not apply when the issue can reasonably be resolved through revisions within the agreed scope.

Payment gateway fees, card processing fees, banking fees, currency conversion fees, chargeback fees, and transaction fees may be non-refundable depending on the payment provider’s policy.
