Zendip is not responsible for delays, errors, copyright issues, legal issues, or project limitations caused by incorrect, incomplete, delayed, or unauthorized materials provided by the client.
Revisions
Revision terms depend on the selected package, invoice, quotation, or project agreement.
Revisions must be related to the original agreed scope. Major design changes, new pages, new features, additional integrations, content rewriting, advanced functionality, or changes outside the original scope may require additional charges.

Payment Gateway and Platform Approval
Zendip may provide setup, consultation, or integration support for payment gateways, business tools, advertising platforms, marketplaces, or third-party services.
However, approval decisions are made only by the respective third-party provider.
Zendip does not guarantee approval from Stripe, PayPal, Wise, Payoneer, banks, advertising platforms, marketplaces, hosting providers, domain providers, or any third-party service.
Client Content and Legal Compliance
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their business, website content, products, services, images, trademarks, claims, offers, and marketing materials comply with applicable laws and third-party platform policies.
Zendip may refuse to work on illegal, misleading, harmful, prohibited, abusive, fraudulent, or unethical projects.
Intellectual Property
After full payment is received, final approved project deliverables created specifically for the client may be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
Zendip may retain rights to reusable code, frameworks, templates, internal tools, development methods, technical processes, and general knowledge used to deliver services.
Clients may not copy, resell, redistribute, or misuse Zendip’s proprietary materials, systems, or templates without written permission.
Portfolio Rights
Unless the client requests confidentiality in writing, Zendip may display completed work, project screenshots, client brand name, general project description, or results in our portfolio, case studies, website, social media, or marketing materials.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation before project work begins.
If work has already started, cancellation may be subject to charges based on completed work, time spent, planning, consultation, design, development, resources used, transaction fees, and third-party costs.
Once a digital service has started, been partially delivered, or fully delivered, cancellation may not qualify for a full refund.
Acceptable Use
Clients must not use Zendip services for illegal, harmful, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, spam-related, high-risk, or prohibited activities.
Zendip reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services that violate our Terms, applicable laws, third-party policies, or ethical business standards.

Zendip is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, financial, business, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, ranking changes, advertising loss, third-party account issues, service interruption, or technical failures outside our control.
Our total liability for any claim related to a service shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific service.
